Terms of sale.
These terms apply when you buy VIP or battle pass premium in the RushBox shop. By paying you accept them. They do not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

2. What you buy
RushBox VIP for the account you are signed in with. VIP unlocks:
- Auto open. Rerolls by itself after every opening.
- Fast spin. Twice the reel speed. The odds stay exactly the same.
- Credits in trades. Send credits as part of a trade offer. The player who pays credits needs VIP.
- VIP battles. Create and join 2v2v2, 1v1v1v1v1v1 and Jackpot case battles.
- VIP tag. Shown next to your name in chat and on your profile.
- Battle pass premium. Every premium reward of the battle pass, included for as long as you have VIP.
There are two ways to pay, and both give exactly the same VIP: Monthly at $4.99 a month, and Lifetime at $24.99 once. Lifetime lasts for as long as RushBox runs. VIP belongs to one account and cannot be moved to another.
Battle Pass Premium · Season 1 at $2.99 once unlocks the premium reward of every tier of that battle pass season (50 tiers) for the account you are signed in with: cosmetics, XP and in-game skins, each claimed once its tier is reached. It lasts for that season; VIP includes the same premium for as long as VIP is active. What you claimed stays yours.
VIP never changes the odds of cases, capsules, battles or any other game. Credits (◈), skins and everything else in RushBox are part of the game: they have no value in money and cannot be bought, sold or cashed out.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page; RushBox never sees your card details. Monthly is charged when you start it and then every month on the same date, until you cancel. Lifetime is one payment.
4. Delivery and the right of withdrawal
VIP and battle pass premium are delivered the moment your payment goes through. Before you pay, you ask for them to start right away and confirm that you understand the 14-day right of withdrawal then ends. This is what the law allows for digital content and services that start immediately at the buyer’s request. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to mikael@vigevinst.no and we will sort it out.
5. Cancelling monthly VIP
You can cancel at any time in the shop (Cancel renewal) or through Stripe’s billing page. VIP stays until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Months already paid are not refunded. If a renewal fails, Stripe tries again for a few days; VIP pauses two days after the due date until a payment goes through. Buying Lifetime stops Monthly from renewing.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
Payments are final once VIP has started, except where the law says otherwise. If you pay for Lifetime, or for the same season's battle pass, twice, the second payment is refunded automatically. If a payment is refunded, or disputed with your bank, the VIP or premium it paid for ends.
7. Fair play
VIP follows the same rules as every account. Cheating, scripts, exploiting bugs or trading credits for real money can lead to the account being suspended, and VIP ends with it. We may adjust what VIP includes to keep the game fair; if a change makes Monthly worse for you, you can cancel it.
8. Complaints and law
Contact us first at mikael@vigevinst.no. Norwegian law applies. Consumers in Norway can also ask Forbrukerrådet (forbrukerradet.no) to help settle a dispute, and consumers elsewhere in the EEA keep the protections of the law where they live.
